Konferen\u00ebn e hapi Arieta Dragusha, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr komunikim n\u00eb GERMIN, e cila theksoi rolin e grave n\u00eb politik\u00eb, me fokus t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin lokal, ku p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsueset jan\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve dhe nevojave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Ajo n\u00ebnvizoi se pjes\u00ebmarrja e grave n\u00eb vendimmarrje lokale p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb politika m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme dhe zgjidhje m\u00eb reale p\u00ebr komunitetin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M\u00eb pas, Era Ahmeti, koordinatore e projekteve n\u00eb GERMIN, shpalosi t\u00eb arriturat kryesore t\u00eb projektit, i cili kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh politik t\u00eb grave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Projekti u zbatua n\u00eb shtat\u00eb komuna dhe p\u00ebrfshiu gjithsej 54 gra q\u00eb ishin asambleiste ose kandidate p\u00ebr asamble komunale. Gjat\u00eb zbatimit u angazhuan shtat\u00eb mentore nga diaspora dhe shtat\u00eb eksperte, u organizuan tre trajnime tematike dhe u realizuan shtat\u00eb iniciativa komunitare q\u00eb adresuan nevoja konkrete n\u00eb nivel lokal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs, iniciativat e zbatuara u prezantuan nga Hyrije Uka Hoxha nga Komuna e Vushtrris\u00eb, Sanie Kuqi Rexhepaj nga Komuna e Suharek\u00ebs dhe Besiana Syla nga Komuna e Lipjanit, duke sjell\u00eb shembuj praktik\u00eb t\u00eb ndikimit t\u00eb grave n\u00eb politika dhe nisma lokale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gjat\u00eb raundeve t\u00eb diskutimit u ngrit\u00ebn disa problematika ky\u00e7e. U theksua mungesa e bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm mes grave q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin partive t\u00eb ndryshme politike, nd\u00ebrsa Suhareka u p\u00ebrmend si shembull pozitiv i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrpartiak mes grave. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebset theksuan munges\u00ebn e debatit publik mbi faktin se t\u00eb 38 komunat n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqen nga burra, si dhe adresuan dhun\u00ebn online ndaj grave n\u00eb politik\u00eb, e cila n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve vjen nga burra. U diskutua gjithashtu p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e ul\u00ebt t\u00eb grave n\u00eb media dhe barr\u00ebn e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb papaguara q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb bien kryesisht mbi grat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Concrete recommendations emerged from the discussions, including the continuation of professional training for women, especially in public procurement, strengthening cooperation with organizations like GERMIN, which were deemed highly necessary and productive, and initiating actions at the central level. Participants proposed more systematic work to enhance the role of female assembly members, changes in voting procedures in municipal assemblies, allowing citizens to vote up to three candidates instead of one, and the need for monitoring and transparency regarding the Democratization Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
