P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb viteve, ata kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb rol ky\u00e7 n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin, pavar\u00ebsimin dhe stabilitetin ekonomik. Duke marr parasysh q\u00eb m\u00ebrgata shqiptare p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb prej grupeve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sociale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, angazhimi i tyre n\u00eb zgjedhje \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. E drejta e vot\u00ebs sot atyre ju garantohet me ligj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr ta shfryt\u00ebzuar duhet t\u2019i kalojn\u00eb disa pengesa burokratike dhe t\u2019i respektojn\u00eb afatet e shkurtra. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb, sot kemi nj\u00ebdiaspor\u00eb e cila si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb e informuar dhe mir\u00eb e integruar n\u00eb vendet ku jetojn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Andaj, duke u bazuar sipas nj\u00eb hulumtimi nga UNDP, 2014, thuhet se t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 300 000 m\u00ebrgimtar\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo m\u00eb pak se 1500 e tyre kan\u00eb votuar n\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit. Kjo shif\u00ebr e ult\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb pasqyrim se sistemi i tanish\u00ebm i votimit nga jasht\u00eb l\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar.
