Diaspora 20 vitet e fundit ka pas nj\u00eb zhvillim personal dhe intergrim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb vendin ku ata jetojn\u00eb, dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb edhe prioriteti i tyre karshi vendlindjes gradualisht ka ndryshuar. Ky ndryshim besoj q\u00eb do jet\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e adhshme. Prandaj, ka ardhur koha,\u00a0 q\u00eb ne diaspora shqiptare, t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb alternativa tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar vendin e origjin\u00ebs; alternativa ku p\u00ebrfitues jan\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt. E kjo m\u00eb s\u00eb miri mund\u00ebsohet p\u00ebrmes nd\u00ebrrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe investimeve direkte n\u00eb nivelin lokal.<\/p>\n

Kosova nuk ka siguri investimesh?!<\/b><\/h4>\n

Ky konstatim gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u2018cliche\u2019 tjet\u00ebr, i pa baz\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve. Duhet t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb investimi p\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00eb rrezik, e rreziku \u00ebsht\u00eb i njejt\u00eb si n\u00eb vendin ku jetoni (q\u00eb me siguri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend i zhvilluar) ashtu edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Po t\u00eb ishte ashtu q\u00eb investimet gjithmon\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb sigurta, at\u00ebher\u00eb hipotetikisht ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb do shkonim n\u00eb bank, merrnim kredi dhe me ato para do investonim, e k\u00ebshtu do ishim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb milioner\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Mos u bazo n<\/b>\u00eb<\/strong> thashetheme!<\/b><\/h4>\n

Gjithesesi realiteti ishte krejt tjet\u00ebr, pas disa k\u00ebrkimeve n\u00eb internet mbusha formularin e regjistrimit dhe shkova n\u00eb zyren e regjistrimit t\u00eb biznesit dhe dor\u00ebzova dokumentat ku isha i dyti n\u00eb radh\u00eb dhe mbas hi\u00e7 m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 5 minuta p\u00ebrfundova dor\u00ebzimin e dokumenteve.
