Projekti synon t\u00eb rris\u00eb angazhimin e profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs n\u00eb vendet e origjin\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr transferim t\u00eb njohurive dhe aft\u00ebsive. Popullsia e synuar p\u00ebrfshin profesionist\u00eb nga fusha t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diaspor\u00ebs kosovare dhe shqiptare q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ata nga Gjermania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb nevojat p\u00ebr ekspert\u00eb nga diaspora shkencore dhe profesionale e vendeve t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs, format q\u00eb mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb kjo bashk\u00ebpunim dhe kushtet q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb krijohen.
