{"id":5539,"date":"2021-03-18T19:33:23","date_gmt":"2021-03-18T19:33:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/germin.org\/?p=5539"},"modified":"2021-03-18T19:33:23","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T19:33:23","slug":"1-policy-analyst-and-researcher","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/germin.org\/sq\/1-policy-analyst-and-researcher\/","title":{"rendered":"1 Policy Analyst and Researcher &#8211; Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>NGO: GERMIN<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Position: <\/span><b>1 Policy Analyst and Researcher\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deadline application date: <\/span><b>22 March 2021<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preferred day to start: <\/span><b>01 April 2021<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Location: Prishtina, Kosovo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GERMIN is a non-governmental organization, whose values \u200b\u200band ideals are based on the belief that the Albanian diaspora should play a proactive and broad role in the positive development of the Balkan states where Albanians live.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GERMIN organization opens a vacancy for <\/span><b>1 Policy Analyst and Researcher\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">part-time, who will be able to engage in GERMIN offices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The main tasks and responsibilities of the Policy Analyst and Researcher\u00a0<\/b><b>\u00a0will be:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research and analysis of various policies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compiling and conducting qualitative and quantitative research<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assistance in writing project proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review of reports and analyzes prepared by the rest of the staff;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contributes to various project activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other tasks delegated as needed by supervisors<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The criteria for the Policy Analyst and Researcher are:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studies in the fields of social sciences<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A very good writing skills in Albanian and English,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work in groups and within certain deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For these tasks and responsibilities, <\/span><b>Policy Analyst and Researcher\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0will report to the Projects Manager or Co-Executive Directors of GERMIN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All interested parties should send their CV to the email address: vacancies@germin.org by Monday 22.03.2021.
