Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb dinamikat e reja t\u00eb komuniteteve t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs shfaqin nj\u00eb potencial t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebrtej aspektit financiar, dijen dhe shkath\u00ebsit\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat i posedojn\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deri m\u00eb tani, ndikimi n\u00eb vendin am\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha, politike, ekonomike, sociale, etj. Diaspora jon\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrtuar lidhje ekonomike q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb tregti, investime dhe turiz\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Arritjet e diaspor\u00ebs, kan\u00eb ngritur profilin dhe reputacionin e Kosov\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht dhe jan\u00eb nj\u00eb burim krenarie edhe p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e diaspor\u00ebs kan\u00eb promovuar Kosov\u00ebn, kultur\u00ebn dhe vlerat tona n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pjes\u00ebt e bot\u00ebs. Por, e ardhmja \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma m\u00eb premtuese. Angazhimi institucional duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i af\u00ebrt ndaj m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si grupet e ndryshme t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb lidhjen e tyre me Kosov\u00eb dhe politikat n\u00eb vend duhet ta reflektojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00eb dyti, angazhimi duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i dyansh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb lidhjet midis Kosov\u00ebs dhe diaspor\u00ebs s\u00eb saj t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb evoluojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbeten relevante dhe t\u00eb gjalla, pra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces, jo nj\u00eb rezultat. K\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb segmente t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb bashk\u00ebatdhetar\u00ebve tan\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, ne gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb me &#8220;zhvillim&#8221;; nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje se \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb diaspora jon\u00eb p\u00ebr ne.
