Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i projektit ishte fuqizimi i 52 grave t\u00eb zgjedhura dhe atyre q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhen nga Shtimja, Istogu, Vushtrria, Suhareka, Lipjani, Rahoveci dhe Podujeva, duke nd\u00ebrtuar kapacitetet e tyre n\u00eb fusha ky\u00e7e, duke i lidhur dhe duke ndihmuar zhvillimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb mes tyre dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs kosovare t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb politik\u00eb n\u00eb vende t\u00eb zhvilluara, si dhe n\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Arritjet dhe Ndikimi i Projektit<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij projekti, GERMIN p\u00ebrdori rrjetin e tij t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb dhe angazhoi an\u00ebtar\u00eb me ndikim dhe njohuri nga diaspora e Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb n\u00eb nivele lokale, rajonale ose komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angazhimi politik i grave, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb nivel lokal, mbetet nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Kjo sfid\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet n\u00eb komunat m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, ku mend\u00ebsia patriarkale \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e thell\u00eb. Zakonisht, partit\u00eb politike p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb grat\u00eb n\u00eb listat e tyre elektorale vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb periudhave zgjedhore p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kuotat gjinore t\u00eb detyrueshme. Kjo, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, pengon m\u00eb tej pjes\u00ebmarrjen aktive t\u00eb grave n\u00eb politik\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb komunat q\u00eb ishin fokusi i projektit ton\u00eb, ishim plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb arritjen e t\u00eb gjitha objektivave numerike. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo nuk e b\u00ebri projektin t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm. Ky bashk\u00ebpunim frym\u00ebzues i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb menteeve nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja dhe njohuri me k\u00ebta mentor\u00eb t\u00eb respektuar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Momente Kryesore nga Konferenca P\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekti u p\u00ebrmbyll me konferenc\u00ebn p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse, e cila prezantoi angazhimin e grave n\u00eb politik\u00eb n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe mentor\u00ebt nga diaspora, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit nj\u00ebvje\u00e7ar t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nga National Endowment for Democracy.
