Arbnor Mjeku has finished his bachelor’s studies in Political Science at the University of Prishtina, and after his Master’s studies in European Integration and Public Administration. 

During his Master’s studies, he completed one semester at the University of Cukurova in Turkey and another one at the University of Ljubljana.

His professional career until now consists of different institutions and organizations which consist of the Ministry of Local Public Administration, the Presidency of Kosovo Republic, the Albanian Embassy in Kosovo, and a few other non-governmental organizations. Arbnor joined GERMIN in 2019 as a Project Manager.
