Blerina, in 2017 finished her bachelor’s studies in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pristina.

She is also a member of the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo (SCAAK).

Blerina has a long experience as a financial in non-governmental organizations. She started her career at the Center for the Development of Social Groups (CSGD) as an assistant in finance and administration. Since 2018 she has been working as a finance and administration manager for the non-governmental organization Sbunker.

Apart from her passion for numbers, she is also a human rights activist.

With the position of Finance Manager, she joined GERMIN in January 2022.
