Sihana Bejtullahu is a renowned leader with over ten years of experience in the field of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). With exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of turning creative ideas into impactful solutions, Bejtullahu has gained a reputation as an expert in the field. Her passion for social change and advocacy for human rights, including women’s rights and other vulnerable groups, has made her a respected figure in various activist circles.
Bejtullahu holds a Master’s degree in School Psychology and Counseling from the prestigious University of Prishtina – Faculty of Philosophy. Her extensive knowledge and expertise have enabled her to lead numerous programs that support education and innovation systems among young people in over 24 municipalities in Kosovo.
As the Program Director at GERMIN since November 2019, Bejtullahu has revolutionized the organization’s culture by fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Her outstanding leadership has resulted in the successful execution of projects, formulating clear strategies, and maintaining high team morale.
Bejtullahu’s exceptional contributions to GERMIN have been recognized by the Board Members, who appointed her as the Co-Executive Director of the organization in March 2020.
