We are pleased to announce that the call for Albanian women and girls from the world of ICT/startups who want to benefit from a mentoring project by diaspora professionals is postponed until December 22, 2023

This call is carried out within the project: “Diaspora in support of Albanian women entrepreneurs”.

This project seeks to connect women entrepreneurs in Albania with Albanian diaspora professionals to foster growth through mentorship and coaching.

It is designed to address systemic challenges faced by women-owned start-ups in the field (and subfields) of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in accessing resources, support, and networking opportunities for market penetration and business development.

Job Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's is a plus).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Albanian.5+ years of experience in communications.2+ years of experience in communications roles within Civil Society organizations.Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Ability to develop and implement effective social media campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Illustrator is an advantage.
