Egzon Sadiku has completed the International Master in Adult Education for Social Change, with a specialization in Curriculum Development, within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Degree program at the University of Glasgow, the University of Malta, Tallinn University, and the Open University of Cyprus. At an undergraduate level, he has completed a double major in Studio Art and Philosophy at Macalester College, Minnesota, USA.

His academic research has primarily focused on professional development and the parallel education system in Kosovo, while his professional research includes an evaluation of academic placements in social work education in Scotland. His latest professional engagement has been in development of functional operation systems in multi-stakeholder education environments in Scotland.

Egzon, upon returning to Kosovo permanently,  joined Germin in August 2025 as a Project Manager.
