Elvira Lokaj is part of the Germin team, engaged in finance and administration. She has completed her studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina, in the field of Management and Informatics.
With dedication and professionalism, she contributes to the development of projects and activities that connect the diaspora with the homeland.
