UNICEF and GERMIN have come together in the name of creating more professional development and employment opportunities for young people in Kosovo by tapping into the potential of the Kosovo diaspora!

This collaboration has two specific aims:

1. By August 2022, 50 adolescents and young people (ages 16-24) will have advanced their professional readiness and exposure to the labour market through internship opportunities provided by diaspora.
2. By the end of August 2022, the established/created diaspora network will support the Kosovo Generation Unlimited, early childhood development agenda and inclusion of children with disabilities.

These results will be reached through advocacy meetings with the diaspora community in Switzerland, Germany and the United States of America.
