This report is a summary of the discussions and work of the Diaspora Flet 2020 conference which was organized by GERMIN from 19 to 21 November 2020 virtually. In recognition of the joint work with members from the diaspora, GERMIN organized this working conference in order to enable a space for diaspora participants to connect and contribute directly, through discussions on various topics with Albanian and foreign speakers, in reshaping the relations of the homeland towards the diaspora.
