This report presents the key highlights, discussions, and outcomes of the fourth edition of the Diaspora Flet Conference, held in Cologne, Germany. Organized by GERMIN in partnership with GIZ – MEG, the conference brought together diaspora professionals, institutions, civil society actors, and international partners to strengthen collaboration across borders.

Over three days, participants engaged in thematic panels and discussions focusing on diaspora engagement, knowledge exchange, education, cultural identity, and sustainable development. The conference marked an important step in expanding Diaspora Flet into an international platform, connecting Albanian diaspora communities with global partners and fostering new opportunities for cooperation.

The report captures key insights from panel discussions, showcases successful diaspora initiatives, and highlights the role of diaspora networks in contributing to social, economic, and institutional development in their countries of origin. It also provides recommendations for strengthening diaspora engagement and building long-term, impactful partnerships.
