Sihana Bejtullahu, holds a Master’s Degree in School Psychology and Counseling, brings over a decade of experience in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Specializing in project management, she is focused on diaspora, advocacy, youth and women empowerment, and non-formal education.

Since 2019, Sihana has been involved with GERMIN, initially as a Program Director for Engaging Diaspora Professionals and Youth programs. Since March 2020, she has served as Co-Executive Director, contributing to various aspects of GERMIN’s work, including fundraising and collaborating with international donor organizations. Sihana’s dedication to GERMIN’s mission plays a vital role in its impact on the community.

Bejtullahu has experience in projects spanning Kosovo, the region, and beyond, including collaborations on migration and diaspora with diverse local, regional, and international organizations.
