Blerina Ukshini finished her bachelor’s studies in Political Science at the University of Pristina in 2015 and is currently completing her master’s studies in European Integration and Public Administration at the University of Pristina.

She started her career in 2016 with volunteer work in Slovenia through the Erasmus + program. After returning to Kosovo, she continued her activism in civil society. For five years, she worked at Democracy for Development Institute. Her main focus was on elections and political parties, the representation of women in politics, the involvement of the youth in decision-making, and increasing women’s access to the labor market.

Blerinë was part of different training sessions with international organizations which operate inside and abroad. She is the author of a paper and several columns, for local media and organizations.

She joined the Germin team in January 2022 in the position of Project Manager.
