Concerns for the next generation are no longer about the lack of information, whether for studies or even the application of their professions.

Digital life has become critical to professional success, skills that include general competencies whether for internet research, communications through various platforms, knowledge of various financial, legal services, etc., already an integral part of social reality.

But let us focus on using these opportunities to create a network of professionals and opportunities for collaboration for different causes that develop the community and beyond. We have a specific case of our Albanian diaspora, where our range is wide, and with a large number of inhabitants abroad.

Often in the past many causes, and jobs have been impossible to implement as a lack of access to contacts which are now possible by the technological development we are experiencing.

The opportunities for engagement are more accessible and great, even in the opportunities of distance work. Many companies, organizations and state institutions, apply online work, especially in terms of expertise, which greatly facilitates the work, as well as gives flexibility. GERMIN is one of the organizations that enables these collaborations and connections between experts and institutions / organizations. The mission of the organization is to use digital channels, which help those interested to contribute to their home countries. The organization in question sees these opportunities as an opportunity to create a network of professionals from the diaspora, and those in the home countries, in order for the collaborations to be easier and more useful for the country.

These opportunities have started from 2019, where research has been done in advance to see more clearly the requirements of organizations and institutions, what they need and which profiles are appropriate. This way to stimulate the diaspora itself is offered with their expertise, where these experiences have not only begun to be physically applied with their presence, but also in online work, where networks of professionals in different profiles have been created. and where collaborations continue. So the opportunity to contribute remotely is seen as very successful and necessary.

In addition to the opportunities to work remotely there are opportunities for initiatives and solidarity for various causes and projects, which opportunities take to other levels besides those of job application. So the use of digital tools is enabling the approximation of ideas, as well as the rapprochement between young people and not only.
