On the eve of the second Albanian Diaspora Summit, a considerable number of Albanians abroad have raised concerns about the Summit. Germin addressed these concerns in a letter to the State Minister for Diaspora, Mr. Pandeli Majko, on 10th of February, 2019.

Taking into account previous experiences, we consider that promises given for collaboration with the diaspora should be fulfilled by creating a greater culture of collaboration between all parties.
