GERMIN has opened the email for complaints – [email protected] – for citizens who have applied for registration for voting from outside Kosovo; they believe that they meet all legal criteria to vote, but their application was rejected by the Central Commission of Elections (CEC).

GERIN in cooperation with the law office “Hodaj & Partners”, we will collect all the evidence for the violation of the right to vote against citizens living abroad and will present as a case to the People’s Advocate, through which is intended to raise the case in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
