Rreze Doli, a graduate in Psychology, brings a rich experience from collaborating with various NGOs, both locally and internationally. Her passion for community betterment led her to GERMIN, where she began as an Intern in October 2023. Recognized for her dedication, she was promoted to Project Assistant for the OriginAL Program in January 2024.

In her role, Rreze focuses on supporting program planning and ensuring smooth operations, using her communication skills and commitment to excellence. Rreze’s hardwork and dedication contribute to GERMIN’s mission, as she continues to play a valuable role in advancing the organization’s goals.
